Larry H. Miller Dodge RAM Peoria - Total Quality Awards

Five Chrysler Group LLC vehicles landed at the top of their segment in the Total Quality Awards. This is the second year in a row that the Dodge Dart and Dodge Durango have been recognized for Total Quality. The Dodge Dart led the way in the Small Car segment and the Dodge Durango won in the Full-Size Car and Mid-Size SUV segment.

The Dodge Charger and RAM 2500/3500 led their segments in Total Quality Index (TQI).

The TQI is the customer or vehicle owners' overall experience. This refers to the emotional connection consumer's have with their car. This includes positive and negative experiences, reliability, actual vehicle problems, excitement with driving the vehicle, and other measures. The TQI was based on responses from 38,361 new vehicles.

“This is the second consecutive year for Dodge Dart and Durango to be recognized for Total Quality, and it’s great news to add Dodge Charger, Jeep_® Wrangler Unlimited and Ram 2500/3500 to the list of honorees,” said Doug Betts, Senior Vice President – Quality, Chrysler Group. “Our quality efforts focus on maximizing the things that excite consumers about new vehicles while also minimizing any dislikes or inconveniences. Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Peoria Marks Completion of Larger Bell Road Corridor Project,
Celebrates Finale in Series of Grand Re-Openings for West Side Dealerships

Peoria Community Invited to Commemorate the Occasion on Thursday, March 13
 
PHOENIX (March 7, 2014) – On Thursday, March 13, the community of Peoria will be invited to celebrate the final event in a series of grand re-opening celebrations for the Larry H. Miller Group family of dealerships. The third community celebration for the Group in just over a month, the finale event will celebrate the new look and feel of Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram. Renovations for the new and improved dealership include 42,301 square-feet of new construction and a new showroom.

"The completion of this initiative signifies a bright new future not just for Larry H. Miller Dealerships, but for our neighbors in the city of Peoria, as well,” said Dean Fitzpatrick, president of Larry H. Miller Dealerships.

Reconstruction on all three dealerships – Larry H. Miller Hyundai, Toyota and Dodge Ram – began in November 2012 and finished in late 2013. The renovations represent a $30 million investment in the city of Peoria by Larry H. Miller Dealerships.

“To be able to serve our customers with the best and newest technology in a truly state-of-the-art facility, is a very strong point of pride for us,” said Jon Anderson, general manager of Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Peoria. “This renovation solidifies our continued commitment not only to our customers, but to our employees. We are an integral part of the community and it feels good.”

The final grand re-opening at Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram will include tours of the new facility and live music from notable southwest performers the Denny & Dan Duo, along with appearances from special guests including Bob Barrett, mayor of Peoria; Jon Anderson, general manager, Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Peoria; and Steve Wagner, senior manager, Sales and Operations of the Chrysler Group. Executives from the Larry H. This time of year always causes us to reflect on what we are most grateful for. We are grateful to serve this great community. We are grateful for those who support us, and we are grateful to be a part of such a great automotive legacy.

From 1900 to 1915 the Dodge Brothers, Horace and John, supplied parts and assemblies for other Detroit based automakers. After those 15 years they decided to begin building their own complete automobiles. They came out with the Model 30. The car was a step ahead of the competition in quality and technology at the time.

We are grateful for their vision and passion. They started an amazing company that has withstood the test of time.  We are happy to be a part of what they started and look forward to many more wonderful years.
